Flash Video is a container file format used to transmit video over the Internet using Adobe Flash Player versions 6-10. Flash video content within SWF files are embedded. There are two different formats of video as a Flash Video file: FLV F4V. FLV files are encoded audio and video in the same way as they are in SWF files. The format of this file F4V media based on the ISO Base Media format based and supported by Flash Player 9 Update 3.
